Not from the Alton area, and was in town for a wedding on Saturday. I unexpectedly had a piece of metal lodged in my tire, and tire was loosing pressure rapidly. Found Willie's listed under tire services in the area. Drove over and they immediately fixed it. Was more than just a nail, so they had to patch the hole. Excellent staff, super friendly and accommodating, and very reasonably priced.

I have been going to Willie's for over 10 years. Last week I had an oil change at Car-X and they warned me that my front tires were in "poor" condition. They didn't seem to be as bad as they said but I wanted to be sure, so I made the 40 minute drive to Willie's. And I am very thankful that I did because they truthfully assessed my tires and told me to come back when they are a bit more worn . They could have easily sold me 2 tires and declined to do so out of honesty. 🙂
